It is finally a strawberry season! I am not much of a baker but this recipe is so easy and quick that even I could do it. It involves strawberries,Nutella and it is ready in a hour!

Ingridients

2 cups of strawberries, sliced

1 table spoon of sugar

1-2 cups of Nutella

Cake:

3/4 cup of sugar

1 cup of flour

1 egg

1/2 cup of milk

1 table spoon of baking powder

1/2 tea spoon of salt

4 table spoons of butter (I used olive oil)

How to:

1) add 1 table spoon of sugar to sliced strawberries, put aside

2) turn on oven to 375F

3) mix all the ingredients from the Cake section

4) find a pie form, wipe the form with olive oil or spray with cooking spray

5) pour the batter into the pie form and put in the oven for 25 minutes

6) remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10 min

7) move the cake out of the form into a plate, and slice it into two parts

8) put the first part on the plate, spread Nutella and put strawberries on top to create a layer of strawberries

9) put the second cake part on top of the first one and repeat the same steps. The cake is ready!
