When it is hot outside, I am feeling like something fresh and quick to prepare for dinner. Recently we have been talking about our first trip to France and I recalled the salad that I always ordered. I believe it is called ‘salad de ocean’. I have added a few ingridients of my own. It takes 10 minutes and tastes amazing! Here is how I did it:
- Cut few leafs of romaine lettuce
- Add tomatoes
- Add cucumbers (I used 2 small English ones)
- Add cutted slices of smoked salmon
- Add black olives (my personal edition)
- Add feta (my personal edition)
- You can also add avocado and/or grapefruit
- Add 2 spoons of olive oil
- Add fresh black pepper
And serve! Makes 3-4 portions
