Flatbread Pizza – ready in 10 minutes

Time: 10 minutes

Serves 2 (if the flat bread is small)

Ingredients:

  • flat bread
  • Italian seasoning
  • slices of pepperoni or salami or other Italian sausages
  • 1/2 of roaster pepper (optional) – cut in small pieces
  • Parmesan cheese (in crumbles)
  • Other shredded cheese (I used Mozzarella)
  • Fresh basil or parsley
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat up your oven to 400F or 200C
  2. Meanwhile, wipe an oven-safe platter with olive oil (so that the pizza will not stick)
  3. Place a flat bread on the platter and wipe it with olive oil
  4. Add Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese on top of the flat bread
  5. Place pieces of red pepper all over the flat bread surface
  6. Cover flat bread surface with slices of salami
  7. Cover with Mozzarella shredded cheese and some parmesan cheese, and add some more Italian seasoning or dry basil
  8. Place the dish in oven for 8-10 minutes @200C or 400F
  9. Remove it from the oven when the cheese on the flat bread gets brown and add fresh basil leaves or parsley on top

P.S. it goes really well with some olives and red wine
