Time: 10 minutes
Serves 2 (if the flat bread is small)
Ingredients:
- flat bread
- Italian seasoning
- slices of pepperoni or salami or other Italian sausages
- 1/2 of roaster pepper (optional) – cut in small pieces
- Parmesan cheese (in crumbles)
- Other shredded cheese (I used Mozzarella)
- Fresh basil or parsley
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Heat up your oven to 400F or 200C
- Meanwhile, wipe an oven-safe platter with olive oil (so that the pizza will not stick)
- Place a flat bread on the platter and wipe it with olive oil
- Add Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese on top of the flat bread
- Place pieces of red pepper all over the flat bread surface
- Cover flat bread surface with slices of salami
- Cover with Mozzarella shredded cheese and some parmesan cheese, and add some more Italian seasoning or dry basil
- Place the dish in oven for 8-10 minutes @200C or 400F
- Remove it from the oven when the cheese on the flat bread gets brown and add fresh basil leaves or parsley on top
- Enjoy!
P.S. it goes really well with some olives and red wine
