Tip #1
When you google Build Confidence you get millions of different tips and suggestions. But here is one that actually works – pairing any of these tips with a real action. For example, if you feel more confident with a red lipstick on then do it, by all means, but pair it with one activity that is out of your comfort zone. For example, by talking to people you don’t know, taking a new route home or volunteering to present something at work, especially if you are the most quiet person there. You will feel great immediately!
