A great deal of motivation and inspiration comes from others. Nothing is so powerful and moving as success and willpower of others when they know how to deliver speeches that make a difference. I am going to post series of motivational speeches. Contrary to public belief that leadership for women is only when women motivate each other (look at leadership events, women are the only speakers there), I think that it does not matter who motivates a woman, as long she succeeds.
