This is a perfect recipe if you have lots of spices and seasoning, a whole chicken and an hour for chicken to roast. The good news is that it is very easy to make – only 4 steps, and the scent of slightly spicy roasted chicken is beyond amazing.

Ingredients
- whole chicken
- Spanish rub ingredients:
- 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3-4 teaspoons of paprika
- 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 2-3 teaspoons of dried parsley
- 2-3 teaspoons of oregano
- 2 teaspoons of basil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Black ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons of white wine (optional, for scent)
Instructions
- Wash chicken and place it in the oven-safe dish
- Mix all ingredients for Spanish rub in the small bowl
- Use culinary brush to brush Spanish rub on the chicken from all sides, including back and front
- Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 1h 15 minutes or less. Enjoy!
