Easy spring salad with shrimps

Time: 20 minutes


  • Pack of large shrimps
  • Lemon juice
  • Cabbage
  • Cherry tomatoes (1 pack/200 grams)
  • English cucumber
  • 2 Avocados
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Light dressing (garlic Caesar in my case)
  • Cilantro or parsley (optional)


  1. Boil water for shrimps, add salt and put shrimps there until they are soft
  2. Remove shrimps and place them on a table to cool off. Add lemon juice to keep them soft
  3. Cut cabbage, tomatoes, cucumber and avocados and mix them together
  4. Add shrimps
  5. Add cilantro or parsley
  6. Add some salt and pepper
  7. Add 2 spoons of dressing and mix them up
  8. Enjoy!
