Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- Pack of large shrimps
- Lemon juice
- Cabbage
- Cherry tomatoes (1 pack/200 grams)
- English cucumber
- 2 Avocados
- Salt
- Pepper
- Light dressing (garlic Caesar in my case)
- Cilantro or parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water for shrimps, add salt and put shrimps there until they are soft
- Remove shrimps and place them on a table to cool off. Add lemon juice to keep them soft
- Cut cabbage, tomatoes, cucumber and avocados and mix them together
- Add shrimps
- Add cilantro or parsley
- Add some salt and pepper
- Add 2 spoons of dressing and mix them up
- Enjoy!
